Ingredients:
8 envelopes unflavored gelatin, about 10 g 6
00 ml boiling water
4 tsps almond extract
1 liter cold water
240 g white sugar
200 g fresh strawberries, halved
100 g seedless grapes
160 g cubed cantaloupe
Directions:
- Get a bowl and add in your water.
- Pour the gelatin over the water and let it thicken.
- Combine in the boiling water and stir everything then add in the sugar and stir everything again.
- Once everything is nicely combined add 750 ml of cold water and stir the mix then add in the almond extract; stir everything again. Get a 9x13 inch/23x33 cm dish and place everything into it evenly.
- Put the mix in the fridge for 5 hours, then slice everything into shapes for serving.
- Top the dish with your choice of fruit or melon.
- Enjoy.
