Almonds with Strawberries and Grapes

 Ingredients:
 8 envelopes unflavored gelatin, about 10 g 6
00 ml boiling water 
4 tsps almond extract 
1 liter cold water 
240 g white sugar
 200 g fresh strawberries, halved 
100 g seedless grapes 
160 g cubed cantaloupe 
Directions: 
  1. Get a bowl and add in your water. 
  2. Pour the gelatin over the water and let it thicken.
  3.  Combine in the boiling water and stir everything then add in the sugar and stir everything again.
  4.  Once everything is nicely combined add 750 ml of cold water and stir the mix then add in the almond extract; stir everything again. Get a 9x13 inch/23x33 cm dish and place everything into it evenly. 
  5. Put the mix in the fridge for 5 hours, then slice everything into shapes for serving. 
  6. Top the dish with your choice of fruit or melon. 
  7. Enjoy.
