Ingredients:
½ tbsp. of olive oil
¼ cup of diced yellow onions
2 garlic cloves
2 cups of cooked ham
¼ tsp. of dried parsley
¼ tsp. of dried basil
1/8 tsp. of red pepper
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of milk
1/8 cup of flour
2 cup of penne noodles, uncooked
1 cup of frozen peas
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
Ingredients:
- Add tablespoon of oil in the Instant Pot bottom. Select manual setting .
- Sauté ham and onions until translucent. Add parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, and spices. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add milk, broth and flour. Mix well.
- Add rest of the ingredients (all except cheese). Lock the lid and select high pressure. Cook for 8 minutes.
- When it is done, release pressure naturally (5 minutes).
- Select quick release, sprinkle Parmesan over pasta and serve.
