Ingredients:
1 ¾ pound of pork loin, cut into
8 steaks and pounded
8 slices of Swiss cheese
2 cups of breadcrumbs
2 cups of baby arugula
½ cup of capers
½ cup of Dijon mustard
15 tablespoons of butter
10 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons of fresh sage, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Black pepper
Salt
Directions:
- Season the pork loin steaks with some and pepper then set it aside.
- Whisk the ¼ cup of olive oil in a small bowl with lemon juice and mustard then spread them all over the pork loin steaks and coat them with the breadcrumbs.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet then brown in it the pork loin steaks for 3 min on each side.
- Top each steak with the capers and Swiss cheese then add 2 tablespoons of butter garlic and sage to the pan.
- Cook them for 2 min until the cheese melts then place 2 steaks in each burger bun.
- Serve your sandwiches and enjoy.
