Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 red onion, coarsely chopped
10 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup teriyaki sauce
2 carrots, shredded
8 ounces spinach, rinsed
- Directions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.Place spaghetti in a large bowl.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Saute garlic, onions and mushrooms. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Add carrots and teriyaki sauce to the skillet.
- Cook a further three minutes.
- Add cooked vegetables to spaghetti and mix well.
- Add spinach, mix well and cover. Allow spinach to wilt for five minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
