Florentine Pasta Salad

 Ingredients: 

1 pound spaghetti
 1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 red onion, coarsely chopped
 10 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
 1 cup teriyaki sauce
 2 carrots, shredded
 8 ounces spinach, rinsed
  1.  Directions:
  2.  Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.Place spaghetti in a large bowl. 
  3. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Saute garlic, onions and mushrooms. Cook until onions are translucent.
  4.  Add carrots and teriyaki sauce to the skillet.
  5.  Cook a further three minutes. 
  6. Add cooked vegetables to spaghetti and mix well.
  7.  Add spinach, mix well and cover. Allow spinach to wilt for five minutes. 
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.
