Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
Directions:
- Cook ground beef in a non-stick skillet until browned.Drain.
- Add salsa and water to the ground beef. Simmer for ten minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.Drain.
- Add pepper and green onions to the skillet.
- Simmer until the veggies are tender.
- Add in noodles and sour cream.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.Cover pan until the cheese melts.
- Top with chopped tomatoes and serve.
