Mexican Style Pasta

Ingredients: 

1 pound ground beef 
1 cup salsa
 1/2 cup water 
1 green bell pepper, chopped
 1 bunch green onions, chopped
 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
 1/2 cup sour cream 
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 
1 tomato, chopped 

Directions:

  1.  Cook ground beef in a non-stick skillet until browned.Drain. 
  2. Add salsa and water to the ground beef. Simmer for ten minutes.
  3.  Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.Drain.
  4.  Add pepper and green onions to the skillet. 
  5. Simmer until the veggies are tender.
  6.  Add in noodles and sour cream. 
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.Cover pan until the cheese melts. 
  8. Top with chopped tomatoes and serve.
