Chicken and Ziti Pasta

 Ingredients:

 1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast - cut into small pieces
 3 large tomatoes, diced
 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed 
1 head fresh broccoli
 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

Directions :

  1. Cook ziti pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2.  Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken pieces. Cook chicken until browned.
  3.  Add tomatoes and rosemary. Stir well.
  4.  Parboil broccoli. (Cook it partially in boiling water, just to soften it.)
  5.  Drain broccoli. Rinse with cold water. Chop broccoli into pieces.
  6.  Add broccoli to the chicken mixture.
  7.  Pour cream into the skillet. Bring the mixture to a simmer. 
  8. In a large bowl toss together chicken mixture and pasta. 
  9. Top with Parmesan cheese.
