Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp. of olive oil
1/2 tbsp. of brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. of chili powder
1/2 tbsp. of paprika
1/2 tsp. of chopped thyme Salt and pepper to taste
2 lb.of chicken
1/4 cup of chicken broth
1 tbsp. of chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Mix sugar, chili, paprika and thyme in one small bowl. Marinate chicken in spices and cover them with salt and pepper.
- Preheat Instant Pot. When it is hot, add chicken with olive oil. Let them sear for 4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth to the instant pot. Change setting to pressure cook and timer to 25 minutes.
- Lock the lid and set the valve to "Sealing".
- Let it depressurize naturally, remove the lid and put chicken to cool a bit.
- Slice and garnish the chicken with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
