Instant Pot Soft Chicken

Cooking time: 5 minutes 
Total time: 45 minutes
 Serving: 2

 Ingredients:

 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil
 1/2 tbsp. of brown sugar
 1/2 tbsp. of chili powder
 1/2 tbsp. of paprika 
1/2 tsp. of chopped thyme Salt and pepper to taste 
2 lb.of chicken
 1/4 cup of chicken broth
 1 tbsp. of chopped parsley

Instructions:


  1.  Mix sugar, chili, paprika and thyme in one small bowl. Marinate chicken in spices and cover them with salt and pepper.
  2.  Preheat Instant Pot. When it is hot, add chicken with olive oil. Let them sear for 4 minutes.
  3.  Add chicken broth to the instant pot. Change setting to pressure cook and timer to 25 minutes.
  4.  Lock the lid and set the valve to "Sealing".
  5.  Let it depressurize naturally, remove the lid and put chicken to cool a bit.
  6.  Slice and garnish the chicken with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
