Pork Chops with Apples

 Ingredients :

8 Pork Loin Chops, 1/4 inch/0.5cm thick 
120g Apples, diced
 1 tbsp. Cinnamon 
1 tbsp. Black Pepper 
1/2 teaspoon ground Cloves
 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flake
 1 clove Garlic, minced
 1 Onion, chopped 
250ml Whole Milk 
120ml Vegetable Stock 
1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme 
1/4 teaspoon dried Sage 
60ml Water
 1 tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions :

    1.  Mix Apples, Onion, garlic, spices, and vegetable stock in a bowl. 
    2. Add a layer of the pork chops, then pour half the apple mixture on top. 
    3. Add another later of chops, then the rest of the mixture. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low.
    4.  Cal - 293, Carb - 8.2g, Protein - 19.3g, Fat - 21.0g, Fiber - 1.5g
