Sausage Egg Breakfast Pie

Ingredients :
 8 eggs
 1 tbsp. Cream 
200g Sweet Potatoes
 50g, diced 
500g Sweet Italian Sausage, broken into small pieces 
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic 
1 teaspoon dried Basil 
1/2 teaspoon dried Sage 
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper 
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil 
Salt Rub 


    Directions :

    1. the slow-cooker with the coconut oil and set to low.
    2.  Whisk the eggs together with the cream and a pinch of salt. 
    3. Place the sausage in the bottom of the slow-cooker, add seasonings, and onions. Stir to combine.
    4.  Pour the egg over the top of the top, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 hours. 
    5. Cal - 253, Carbs - 10.5g, Protein - 20.2g, Fat - 14.6g, Fiber - 1.4g
