Ingredients:
1 Medium Sized Zucchini - Spiraled
2 Large Sized Carrots – Spiraled
1 Medium Red Pepper – Sliced Thin
100 g of Red Cabbage – Sliced Thin
120 g of Edamame – Frozen, Thawed
3 Green Onions – Sliced Thin
1 Tbsp. of Hemp Seeds
1 tsp. of Sesame Seeds
Dressing Ingredients:
1 Clove of Garlic
60 g of Almond Butter
2 Tbsp. of Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. of Tamari
2 Tbsp. of Water
2 ½ tsp. of Maple Syrup
½ Tbsp. of Sesame Oil – Toasted
1 tsp. of Ginger – Grated
Directions:
- Prep your vegetables.
- Add all of the vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
- Toss it with clean hands.
- Prepare the dressing by blending all of the dressing ingredients together. Allow it to sit until it thickens.
- Top the bowls with the edamame, then the green onions, and then the seeds. Pour the dressing on the top.
