Ingredients :
1600g Turkey Breast
230g Sour Cream
60ml Whole Milk
2 teaspoons dried Dill
1/2 teaspoon Fennel
1/4 teaspoon dried Sage
1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
3 tablespoons White Wine
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions :
- Salt and pepper the turkey breast, then rub with the half herbs. put in slow-cooker set on low.
- Add water, vinegar and milk. Leave to cook for 8 hours.
- Remove turkey to platter, cover, and keep warm.
- Transfer the liquid to a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat. reduce heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes
- Dissolve the flour in cold white wine and stir into sauce.
- Cook another 10 minutes, remove from heat and add sour cream and the remaining herbs.
