Turkey in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients :

1600g Turkey Breast 
230g Sour Cream 
60ml Whole Milk 
2 teaspoons dried Dill 
1/2 teaspoon Fennel 
1/4 teaspoon dried Sage 
1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar 
2 tablespoons Coconut Flour 
3 tablespoons White Wine 
Salt 
Black Pepper 


    Directions :

    1. Salt and pepper the turkey breast, then rub with the half herbs. put in slow-cooker set on low.
    2.  Add water, vinegar and milk. Leave to cook for 8 hours.
    3.  Remove turkey to platter, cover, and keep warm.
    4.  Transfer the liquid to a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat. reduce heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes
    5.  Dissolve the flour in cold white wine and stir into sauce. 
    6. Cook another 10 minutes, remove from heat and add sour cream and the remaining herbs.
    7.  Cal - 332, Carbs - 12.1g, Protein - 40.3g, Fat - 12.1g, Fiber - 1.2g
